We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours or product details will be completely accurate.

b. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation
• Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout

c. Product Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or alternative product.

1. Select your product(s) and add them to your basket
2. Proceed to checkout and provide delivery information
3. Review your order and complete payment
4. You will receive an order confirmation email

b. Order Confirmation

A contract between you and PixiBear™ is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. This email will contain your order details and confirmation number.

c. Payment Methods

d. Payment Security

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

b. Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 5-7 working days
• International: 8-21 working days depending on destination

c. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

d. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. PixiBear™ is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

a. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return:

• The PixiBear™ must be unassembled and unused
• All piece bags must remain unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories
• You must provide proof of purchase

b. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@pixi-bear.com. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

c. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

d. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• A handling fee of 25% may be deducted if the product is returned due to a change of mind
• If the product is damaged or piece bags are opened, up to 20% may be deducted for refurbishment

e. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products with opened piece bags
• Assembled products
• Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
• Gift cards

7. Product Warranty

All PixiBear™ products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product:

• Contact us within 30 days of receipt
• Provide photographic evidence of the defect
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, and the PixiBear™ brand, is the property of PixiBear™ and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
